Given recent industry consolidation, changing demographics, newly available technologies and corporate restructuring initiatives, top executives in the corporate real estate department needed to determine: 1) optimal market areas for redistricting, 2) appropriate acquisition and disposition targets, and 3) new market opportunities deserving of additional resources.
